![]() I tried the download that was suggested on a Is that MD will not let me use "TD business direct" for my corporateĪccount if I established "TD online banking" to my personal accountsĪnd vice versa if I establish "TD bank businessDirect " first to myĬorporate account then I cannot establish the "TD online banking" to I went through the procedure you described. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, ![]() ![]() It would be helpful if you could send screenshots of what does happen when you try to set up the account with TD Business Direct. If this doesn't help we'll look into other possible solutions. We are working on improving this interface for future versions of Moneydance. I hope this helps, I personally have several accounts at one bank and Moneydance deals with them appropriately when I went through the process above, AND I recognize it is confusing. You will wait a few moments and then a box will pop up asking you which of your online accounts you want to connect with the Moneydance account you have selected (See account mapping screenshot 2). This is a bit confusing- what is actually happening is that Moneydance is talking to your bank's server, and you should NOT be clicking next from the screenshot 1 interface. After you do this, it will take you back to screenshot one which offers you a next option. Then a box will pop up asking you to enter your user name and password. Then you'll screen where you select the Moneydance account you are setting up (see Account Mapping screenshot 1). First you'll select the bank you want to connect with. When setting up a direct connection you will see several screens. This is almost certainly a mapping issue.
